This unit is ideal for traveling nurses, students, city visitors, or content creators looking for a trendy environment.
The health and safety of our guests are very important. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, following the CDC guidelines in between each guests stay. The unit is on the second floor of the historic 100-year old building.
The outside of the building shows off the beautiful brickwork famously seen on Baltimore Rowhomes. Inside, each room is curated to perfection. Once you walk into the space you're greeted with the artful touches and a sense of comfort that you'd feel at home.
Inside, guests will have the run of the entire apartment, which has been thoughtfully designed with nods to a Bohemian getaway combining bold colors, fun patterns, and quirky decor. The apartment can sleep up to three people, with two sharing a queen bed and one on a plush, comfortable sofa bed.

We've worked diligently to create a space that feels personal yet unconventional. The living room invites you to stay with vibrant accents and trendy decors like the bright record player and amazing collection of records. Once you sink into the convertible, foam sofa bed, you'll be comforted by the 55" 4K Roku Smart TV to put on your favorites. The living room has its own remote to adjust the heating and cooling
Kitchen
The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, pure white cabinets, and matching matte black hardware that boldly define the room. This kitchen is the perfect fit for anyone who has a passion for cooking.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, there is a queen bed that fits two comfortably. As an added bonus, there is a projector located above the bed perfect for those in bed movie nights or even those lazy Sundays. The bedroom also has its own remote to adjust the heating and cooling.
In the back of the bedroom, there is a full bathroom, complete with matte black hardware - perfect for selfies before hitting the Fells Point or Federal Hill night scene.

A call box code for the building door will be assigned on your arrival date. You will enter through the front of the building and a door leading to the 2nd-floor unit. Outside the door is a Motion Sensor Camera (Ring doorbell Camera), which is on for CONTROLLED ACCESS to the unit. Street parking is either available in front of the building or across the street where parking is allowed.
Located just a few blocks north of Downtown Baltimore, Mount Vernon is revered as the city’s historic and cultural epicenter. Mount Vernon boasts some of the most well-preserved Victorian architecture in the country, in addition to cultural landmarks like the Walters Art Museum, George Peabody Library, and the Washington Monument.
Mount Vernon is typically within walking distance of countless diverse restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and cultural amenities, lending the neighborhood an authentic urban atmosphere.

This is a residential building with eight other occupied units. Guests must be mindful of other residents during their stay. The apartment is in the city; if guests are sensitive to noise, or the hustle and bustle of city living, this may not be the right place for you.

As a reminder, the loft is equipped with an Alexa Echo. This allows guests to turn on lights, play music on the speaker, control the thermostat, and even turn on and off candle warmers with just their voice!
The Echo receptor is located on the eat-in countertop. To wake up the device simply say "Alexa" and tell it your request. For example,
"Alexa, play Rihanna" or "Alexa, where is the closest pho shop?", the options are endless. If you would like to mute the Alexa Echo, on the top of the device you find a button that has a circle with a slash through it. Press this button once to mute and again to unmute.
The space is also equipped with a record player that Bluetooth as well. The directions will be located on the turntable. Please be VERY gentle with the records provided. When you are finished please put the record back into its appropriate sleeve and place the directions for the turntable back on top.
In the bedroom, you will find a projector, perfect for lazy those Lazy Sundays. Push the power button at the top and wait for the Roku home page to load.
