Second bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding glass door for outside access to pool and patio. 3rd bedroom has new twin bunk beds. The living room has a gas fireplace, and flat screen TV with Amazon fire stick to enjoy all the latest movies and entertainment. The kitchen comes with granite counter tops, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas range, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, bread maker, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The property is landscaped with over 20 varieties of fruit trees and berries, raised veggie beds, and tropical and succulent plants for that exotic feel around the pool. The backyard has a hot water outdoor shower, large dining table, a twin futon bed, teak lounge chairs and tables, gas barbeque, and plenty of pool toys for lounging in the pool.
