Positive: This was exactly what we needed. We were gathering in the area for a Celebration of Life for my father who passed away in 2024. Our goal was to have a comfortable place for our family to gather from around the world while also providing a really nice "vacation vibe". We had folks traveling in from other states AND out of the country. It was important to have spaces to reflect, to have fun, to cook together and to rest. We appreciated the following: comfortable beds, entertaining/relaxing spaces (the fire pit, the living room- NCAA basketball :-), the kitchen, the outdoor seating for eating, ample umbrellas for the heat, the pool and chaise lounges (some in the shade), the ceiling fans to keep air moving around, the GARAGE- woo hoo for parking in a garage in AZ sunshine. It's a game changer!, the quiet neigborhood (this is a not a 'party house', it's a home to gather, to rest, to laugh, (in our case- to cry), to vacation, and to build lasting memories. It has EVERYTHING YOU NEED), board games, throw blankets and pillows (this might seem silly, but how often have you been in a rental and it's just not "cozy"? Everything is a bit too stiff and sterile?) Edgemont Escape is the opposite, you feel like you have all the advantages of a vacation rental, but also like you just dropped into someone's home that is cozy, warm and inviting. We would definitely book there again!

Summary: Exactly what we needed- would stay there again in a heartbeat!
