Summary: Not so good of a stay sliding door to patio didn’t lock I called front desk 3 times maintenance came and tried to wedge door shut I asked how will I go onto the patio he said I don’t know. Reading light on one side of the bed didn’t work. Phone in restroom hanging off the wall mold was in the crack of jacuzzi tub I asked to be transferred to another room but got denied. Alex at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional
