The property has 5 bedrooms & 3 full bathroom. It is bright & clean, friendly, quiet, and peaceful. You'll fall in love the moment you step into the private, gated courtyard entrance. Highlights of this property include a main floor bedroom and bathroom, family room that opens to the kitchen.
Upstairs loft has a day bed that can be set as either 2 Twins or a King.
The home has an extra bonus room which can be set up as an office or conservatory for the kids, you can even put a supplied Queen size air bed and use it as an extra bedroom.
The home has an oversized master bedroom suite complete with a walk-in closet, new interior paint throughout, new carpet, newer vinyl wood floors, tons of storage, and a large, private yard.

Booking Requirements:

1. Due to local laws and HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians for the duration of the reservation.
2. Upload a valid picture of driver license, passport when booking via VRBO app
3. If booking, you are agreeing to follow and acknowledge that you have read and understand the "House Rules & Manual"
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM (strict) - Additional fee will apply if checkout late
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM
* Please let us know in advance what time you expect to arrive and depart.
Check in and check out times are strict unless prior arrangements have been made.
Exceptions can be made for a nominal extra fee only when there are no other conflicts in the cleaning schedule and with other check ins and checkouts.

BBQ & Grills:
The gas BBQ & Grills are provided for your convenience to cook your own meals. If you used it, please clean up after. If not cleaned, there will be a $150 cleaning fee.
Mission Viejo Lake Access:
If you want to visit the lake, please let us know 2-3 day prior to visit. We need to submit the guests "full name" and the cost is $5/adult. Children under 8 is free but still need to have their name for registration.
** We could pay the lake access in advance and request money from you. Note, the fees are NON-refundable.
Child Safety:
Please note the space is NOT guaranteed to be baby proof or childproof. Please inspect the space when you first arrive and move any breakable items or choking hazards out of your child's reach. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.

You're staying on our property acknowledges that we are not liable for any injury to you or your guests while on our property.
Damage:
Accidents happen. If you or your guests break anything it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can replace it. If you notify us we do not hold it against you in your review and we can easily arrange compensation or replacement through Airbnb's phone App.
