Upper Pipe is quiet with great fishing right off the dock but connect to Pipe for a faster paced experience complete w/ sandbar on the south end.

Summary: My wife and I rented this property for an 11-day Summer retreat; some with family, some without. The cabin/property delivered on all fronts. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, well laid out, and exceptionally comfortable. It's proximity to the lakeshore (roughly 50-75 yards) was ideal. We maxed out (for two nights) at 8 adults and two grandchildren, and never once did we feel cramped, cloistered, or uncomfortably close; everybody had space to breath. The kitchen is well designed and makes preparing meals a breeze. The property itself sits on North Pipe Lake, which we discovered is the quiet, peaceful, preferable side to be on. One note: We brought a wakeboard boat along, and it effortlessly traveresed the channel connecting the two lakes without incident (Deep enough water, high enough bridge). The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, which gave us a great sense of support during the entire stay. We would rent this place again without hesitation, and highly recommend it to those looking for a pleasant, peaceful lake cabin experience.
