Our beautiful 2 story waterfront townhome is situated in the elegant Coronado Cays just to the south of the main island of Coronado. Upon passing through the private gated entrance and stepping inside you will find a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2,400 sq foot townhome that is exceptionally spacious and elegantly appointed. In the downstairs bedroom there is a queen size bed, dresser, and 38" flat screen TV, as well as a full bathroom with shower. The living room is large and inviting with a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings on the bay side, and huge trifold sliding glass doors that fully open to let the beauty of San Diego Bay in. There is also a large entertainment center with a wide screen 48 " TV and blue ray player as well as a Bose surround sound iPod dock. To relax on you will also find an extremely comfortable couch with coffee table and matching end tables as well as a matching love seat and recliner chair. Connected to the living room and accentuating the open layout you will find the dining room with its a beautiful glass topped table with its 6 chairs and 3 bar stools along the bar. Adjacent to the living room you will find the large open kitchen which is fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 2 ovens, dishwasher and a trash compactor. Numerous cabinets and pull out shelves also contain all the dishwasher, glasses, cookware, and utensils you may need. Out back you will find an exceptionally large back patio with glass table, 5 chairs, umbrella, and love seat as well as gas bbq grill. There also 2 kayaks with paddles and life vests for your enjoyment as well.
Ascending upstairs you will find the that in the second bedroom there is a regal king sized bed with night stands and a 32" flat screen TV tucked away inside the cabinet/dresser. There is also a another full bathroom with shower and tub and there are plenty of extra towels and linens in the hallway closet. Opening the double doors to the master bedroom suite you will find a sumptuously appointed California-King sized bed with accompanying nightstands and a 38" inch flat screen TV with a blue ray player on top of the matching dresser. The master bedroom suite also joins a living space with another comfortable sectional sofa fronting an inviting gas fireplace. In the master bath room there is a jetted tub and his and her's wash basins as well as a full shower. Finally, there is an upstairs patio overlooking San Diego Bay where you will find two comfortable chairs and cushions.
