There are 2 king beds (garden view and pool view), 2 queen beds (pool view) 1 bunk bed (twin and full). 1 sofa recliner bed in leather that can sleep 5 (if needed we also have 1 air mattress-queen size in the master bedroom closet) for a total of 14 sleeping spaces for 12 maximum overnight guests. Extra guests need to be disclosed upfront and $50/day after the 10th guest.
