Summary: Embassy Suites has always been among our favorites; this one was also good but has some problems. They wouldn't allow us to check in at 1 pm unless we paid a $25 fee - tacky. We asked for the normal room cleaning and did not get it. And the elevator stuck, with the alarm buzzing and the door closed for a minute or two - had to jab buttons for a while until the door managed to re-open. And the hallways are not as clean as they should be. So a lot of minor problems, though still a great breakfast and generally good place.
