Positive: The fact that our rooms were inside and not outside
Negative: I was not thrilled about the hidden fees. I booked two rooms and through booking it said my total is $410. Nowhere on there ever advise me of $75 fee for each room so basically my total was like 578 or something like that. I know that might not be a lot for some folks but for a single mom who was trying to basically show their kids a little bit of peace. It was a lot for me then the kicker part was even after you book you still have to pay a parking fee, which is $15. I was highly upset about that because I figure if my name is on the rental or the room, especially two rooms I should be able to park there for free wasn’t asking for anybody else to get a ticket but for me the person on the room so again that needs to be disclosed upfront, I have even Call Hilton honors, Customer Service and none of that was explained to me
