This brand-new home is close enough to the action, but far enough to be a peaceful getaway. Enjoy splashing around in one of three pools including a Semi-Olympic size for lap swimming, a wave pool and relax in the Jacuzzi, work on your cardio in the fully equipped workout room and if you find yourself having to work, a co-working space with wi-fi is available for you. There is even an indoor kid's play area for the little ones!
Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on one of two balconies off of the living space and each bedroom. Be sure to spend time on the rooftop where you will find ample areas to relax and enjoy the mountain, beach and city views. A perfect place for watching the sunset.
There is not a shortage of activities during your stay. With just a 10 min. drive, you will find shops, restaurants, beachfront hotels, and nightlife. A preserve park for biking and hiking is close by, Punta Cerritos with restaurants with delicious breakfast offerings and a golf course with English-speaking staff is just behind the condo. If shopping is on the agenda, you will find the Galleries Mall close by. Ocean activities are readily available like swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours, and much much more. Easy access to Mazatlán's cabs (pulmonias) and buses.
Marina Cerritos is a gated community with 24/7 in-person staff at the entrance. Monitored cameras are located throughout the property. Your pet is welcomed with some restrictions and a deposit. The home has one assigned parking space, an elevator, and is accessible for a wheelchair.

Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
