Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with plenty of room. Main floor with dining table for 6 plus 3 at the island. Fully furrnished kitchen. A large sectional in the living room with a gas fireplace that opens into an office with a desk, piano, and pull out sofa. This floor also has a half bath and a separate laundry area with walk in shower.
2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Walkout basement with ping pong, pool table (not full sized), tv area, and weights. Outdoor grill with dinning for 6, plus 4 chairs with gas firepit, and 2 recliners. Wood firepit located at the back of the property.
Situated in a cul-de-sac with a wooded backyard that opens into a fishing pond with friendly ducks.
Near Apple Valley Golf Course, Kenyon College, and MVNU.
Fully equiped kitchen with dual coffee pot, wafe maker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, hand mixer, small blender (magic bullet style). Close to several State Parks, Ski Resort, Mansfield Reformatory, Kokosing Gap Trial and River, and Amish Country. Will consider long-term winter contract (3 months) at discount (i.e Knox staffing nurses-@15 min, Pomerne staffing nurses@45 min, Wooster staffing @60 min).
