It has 24 hour security, Golf course, fitness trails, playground, tennis and basketball courts, volleyball nets, beach at the lake, marina and picnic area, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking all available to guests. During the summer season the community also hosts a local Farmer's Market bi-weekly on Friday afternoons. You have the feeling of lake living, but still have the convenience to grocery, fast food, restaurants, and bars. People love it because it is not as busy as the city. You will enjoy your stay at this lovely property located in an amazing neighborhood.
This ranch style home has 3 bedrooms, all with King/Queen beds and walk in closets, 2 bathrooms (1 located in the master suite), and an additional room used as an office. The large kitchen has everything you'd need for a short or long term stay, fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, and serving utensils. Microwave, toaster, Keurig all for guest use. Grill on back patio, propane to be provided by tenant, and patio table and chairs to enjoy the serene outdoors. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer in unit. This home has a very nice large lawn with a trail in the back of the home that leads to one of the canals.
