Welcome to Seascape, our newly designed oceanfront getaway. The property boasts stunning panoramic coastline views and only a 2 minute walk to popular cafes, restaurants and shops on Beach Road. There is plenty of room to relax with 2 living rooms, each with a smart TVs, along with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen for your holiday cook ups.
Equipped for summer beach holidays or winter coastal escapes we have ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the property with an easy to use zone control function
Bedrooms 1 and 2 - Are located on the lower level towards the rear of the property and host comfortable queen-sized beds, side tables, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and vents from the ducted air conditioning
Bedroom 3 - Hosts two wooden bunk beds for the kids and plenty of space to store belongings in the built-in wardrobes. This room will also stay cool in summer and warm in winter with vents from the ducted system and has a ceiling fan.
On the lower level of the house, guests will find a separate living room with a wall-mounted 55” LG smartTV, two comfy lounge chairs, a Bluetooth stereo system and toys for the kids. Set up perfectly this is a great space for kids or teenagers to chill out in their own space while the adults can enjoy upstairs! Through the glass sliding door is access to the courtyard where guests can enjoy outdoor seating and a Webber BBQ.
Up 16 stairs, guests will find the main level of the house and host the dining and living area where guests can enjoy a movie on the 65” LG smartTV or just watch the world go by out the window with incredible scenic views of the beach and coastline. The balcony hosts a bench seating a beach recliner chair with a ceiling fan to cool you down on a hot summer day.
The kitchen has all the things you look for in a fully equipped kitchen, including state of the art induction stove stop, large gas oven, double door fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich press and more. There’s loads of bench space so you won’t feel cramped when prepping for a meal or looking for a space to put your things.
Downstairs, in the rear of the property, there is a full-sized laundry with a modern washing machine and dryer. Through the rear door is an outdoor shower and clothes line.
We like to provide our guests with quality linen / bedding / bath towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your holiday more enjoyable.
There is high speed NBN internet throughout the house.
Garage parking available for 2 vehicles and street parking available (around the corner). A remote will be provided for guests to allow for easy access throughout their stay.
For parents we provide a port-a-cot and high chair but for health reasons we recommended bringing their own change table, cot + sheets.
Guests will have access to the entire property, apart from the (pantry, upstairs storage, master upstairs bedroom and the lift. The lift use if needed can only be arranged for use prior to checking in, and only for people with mobility issues.
