Relax on our large terrace (with privacy blinds), walk 15 feet to the pool, 100 feet to the beach. Unobstructed ocean view. Exceptional security on both sides of the complex. Being on the first floor eliminates any worries about non functioning elevators.
You will enjoy all of the modern conveniences that we have to offer: 3 Spacious bedrooms, Marble bathrooms, plenty of closets, Wi Fi charging station, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Central Air Conditioning, flat screen cable TV’s, wireless internet, and exceptionally stocked kitchen. Pool side BBQ available. Not to mention a very good and friendly staff on site. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
We have lived full time in Costa Rica for 27 years and have now decided to make Jaco and Tres Regalos our go to vacation spot. We are experienced enough to answer any of your questions.
Jaco Beach is a great tourist destination as it offers everything you want to do: surfing , fishing, hiking, horse back tours, waterfall tours, zip lining, 4 wheeling and much more. Hundreds of shops and restaurants for all budgets and many within walking distance of or condo. Car not needed as Taxi's are cheap and town is only a few minutes away by car and 10 to 20 minutes walking, either directly on the beach or by the road.
If you are a gambler, Crocs Casino is open to the public and right next door, only a 1 minute walk via the beach. Just minutes away you can walk to Monkey beach and see the monkeys as Scarlet Macaws fly overhead. Incredibly beautiful. The most visited and beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park is only 45 minutes away.Carara National Wildlife Preserve/park is only 20 minutes away.
You are also only about 1 hour from San Jose and 1 and 1/2 hours to the airport. We offer transportation to and from the airport (by request)
