The first floor also has a utility room with washing facilities, and two bathrooms with freestanding baths (one roll top and one high back), and large walk-in showers; plenty of pruning space for guests morning and evening. The second floor provides a further small double bedroom and a larger super-king size room.
Outside there is ample, lit parking on the private driveway, and a large lawn to the front which is great for kids, big kids and your dogs to play on. A short walk beyond the driveway is further outside entertaining area, with basic outside kitchen, picnic bench, sun loungers, day bed and all important hot tub, all overlooking the natural pond.
Ideally situated close to North Devon's most popular haunts, you and your guests are close to the dramatic North Devon coastline, as well as the mysterious and enigmatic Exmoor National Park.
