Summary: The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and nice. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I booked this hotel. It was not up to my standard of condition. When I climbed the stairs hey first thing I smelled was urine. My room smelled like an ashtray. In the corner where the closet area was smelled like urine. My pillow had no pillow case. There was no trash can in the room because they were on back order. There was a bag of trash left outside my room when I checked in. I honestly think I saw a baby roach in the kitchen area. The tub was not cleaned thoroughly. I had to clean the ring off the tub and wipe off hair in the shower and on the curtain.
