Summary: The hotel needs updating really bad. The rooms need cleaned a lot better than they are being. Need to leave enough towels and rags for the amount of people that are staying. Need to offer more breakfast items and replenish till time the breakfast time is done, including drinks. Just a thought, maybe your extended stay people or permanent stays don't get the breakfast. Let it be for your hotel stays only, even if you have to give them tickets for the breakfast.
