Self check-in, there is a digital lock-pad on the main entrance door (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in).

Check out before 10 AM.
Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note the home is located in a quiet residential area and out of respect for our neighbours, it is not suitable for parties, events, or gatherings of any type. We have installed outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring device at the property. This ensures that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits in compliance with the Sunshine Coast Council's noise restrictions. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancellation without refund will apply.
HOUSE RULES:

- pets are allowed (excluding furniture)
- no parties/events
- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
