Forresters Beach Family Accommodation - Rent this whole 7 bedroom absolute beachfront property at Forresters Beach or you can rent the upstairs separately.
The upstairs section of this house (HW008) consists of three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains queen size bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds each.
The lounge has spectacular views over the ocean and is open plan. The lounge/dining room is also air conditioned, and contains TV, DVD and CD Fully equipped kitchen. The main bathroom has shower, bath and separate toilet.
The downstairs section of the house consists of four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two singles, and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Main bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet.
Open plan lounge and dining room is also air conditioned and has TV,DVD and CD. Fully equipped kitchen.

Summary: Amazing beach front location with direct/private access to the beach. Though steps to get down to the beach might need some repair. If you're looking to be right on the beach you can't go wrong here. Not within walking distance to eateries though and about a 5-10 min drive to grocery stores. The check-in/ checkout process really needs to be updated though. Driving 20 mins each way to Avoca to pick up and drop off keys isn't ideal. The house itself is spacious and easily fit our four families who stayed over Easter. We utilised both upstairs and downstairs. The house is stunning with amazing beach views but could certainly do with some renovations. Cleanliness could also be better with sightings of cockroaches and cockroach traps around the house. My sister who used a downstairs bedroom said the rooms downstairs didn't look to have been used in a while. There was dust on the beds and dead bugs and spiders. I've also never stayed somewhere else before that gave us the option of bringing our own sheets/ towels or hiring through a third party. I guess bringing our own meant we got to save some money there. Overall we would stay again if looking for a beach front location though there are certainly some small improvements the owners/ property managers could make.
