Summary: Though this was a large, roomy house, with lots of beds for everyone, the pictures greatly exaggerate the real room diminutions of the areas. Like most real estate pictures they want you to believe that everything is larger. There was a lot of wear and tear on the house that really would enhance the place if fixed (this has been sent to the proper people for fixing). It's a great place to have three sleeping areas on the main floor. Great for the stair climber challenged. The water filter on the frig needed to be replaced and the hot tub needed baking soda for ph balance. The kitchen was a lot more workable than what it looked like in the pictures. Even thought the lighting could use some work. There was no light over the stove top area and some fixtures in the cabinets were hanging loose (over stove and over bar sink). The hot and cold water on the kitchen sink are backwards. There was a lift recliner, I think, shown in the pictures to be in the master upstairs bedroom, but that didn't do a whole lot of good for comfortable sitting in the main living area, I really could have used it. There needs to be more handicapped equipment, I think, just me, in at least one of the bath room, around toilets. Like the upstairs bath with the adjoining rooms, could have had hand rails, just a suggestion. Or even in the master back toilet room. In all the pictures there is not one picture of the showers. And it's not even mentioned that the house has showers. The upstairs master bath has a wonderful shower, that would be a selling factor, great walk in type, with wand shower head. The shower in the adjoining rooms upstairs also had a walk-in shower. Parking in the garage was great, with plug ins for electric cars, using regular household current, a plus. Garbage take out was a hassle, the walk up the drive to the larger trash containers was a bit much. Need larger trash containers in the carport and easier way of transport. Over all it was a nice place to visit and enjoy the company of friends and family, plenty of bedrooms for private sleeping.
