Summary: When we first checked in, we tried our tv and it had no signal. Fabianne (front desk receptionist) came right up and wasn't able to get it up and running. She quickly went down to the lobby, came up with a cart and switched us to another room. Several times she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay. She was sweet and amazing !!! All of the staff was through out the property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
