Summary: The one bedroom condo was spacious, but dated. The building does not have air conditioning and we were there during a pretty windy, sunny weekend in June, so keep that in mind. The building needs updates - a curtain rod in our room was falling off the wall, the elevator wasn't working for a few hours, the fire alarm was being tested in the middle of the day, and the front door sensor was not working properly. The location is great and a walk around Nottingham park out back was really great. I wouldn't book again unless I really just needed a place to sleep and didn't intend on hanging out in the room for any period of time.
