3 Bedroom House in Bristol
Our place is a 3 br house including a master w/ full bath. 2nd br w/ full size bed w/ comp desk & chair. 3rd br has a trundle bed. All bedrooms located upstairs w/ plenty of closet space. 2nd bath is upstairs and the half bath w/ washer & dryer is in the main floor. Enjoy the view of the mountain in the dining area or on the back deck. Close to downtown & shopping. Walk to Steele Creek Park and Trail. 10 mins away from Bristol Motor Speedway. 15 min to S Holston River & 30 min to Watauga. Less than 15 minutes to the new casino. Our home has new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space. Hardwood floors upstairs and tile on the main floor. Brand new living room furniture, dishes, towels, plates pots & pans etc. We left a new vacuum, swifter mop and broom and dustpan in the kitchen closet. Also some supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of hangers in the upstairs closets. A very quiet neighborhood. You can walk to Steele Creek Park which has great walking trails. Part of the property is well shaded and some is direct sunlight. Room on the deck to eat or relax. We have some Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a couple on the front porch which also has a ceiling fan to relax and enjoy.
Our home is located in a nice quiet area, with not too many houses. It has a pretty level yard and nice views of the mountains. You may even see some deer in the morning or evenings.
For the race car fans, a ten minute drive will get you to Bristol Motor Speedway. Fishermen will like the 15 minute drive to the South Holston River. One of the best trout streams in the east. 30 minutes to the Watauga river. Visit The lakes, trails, caverns. Virginia is just minutes away and NC is not far either.
However, if you need to get to the stores, we are just minutes to shopping, downtown and Volunteer parkway.
