A delightful vacation in Fraser that offers breathtaking mountain views, a private patio, in-floor radiant heating and a heated garage for two vehicles. Our home can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Special amenities such as a foosball table, Smart/Ruko TVs, games, an iron and ironing board, and during the winter months, you can take advantage of the children’s sleds and snowshoes. The spacious living room features large windows, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a 65" flat-screen television and a ceiling fan. Access to the private patio with outdoor hot tub, seating areas and a BBQ grill and a firepit. A gourmet kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous dining space at the main table, with extra seating options at a large kitchen island. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a half bathroom, laundry room, which provides hallway access to the garage and a storage area for your jackets, coats or small outdoor equipment. There is a master bedroom on the main floor with en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor with a small den area to relax and enjoy the games. The unit is equipped with complimentary WI-FI, a washer and dryer, and Smart TVs that offer streaming services exclusively - cable is not available; however, the Xfinity streaming app does provide access to local and additional channels. Additionally, hair dryers, an iron and an ironing board are included. Regrettably, air conditioning is not provided. Guests have access to a heated two car garage and additional parking in the driveway for 2 additional cars.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or have pets on the property due to homeowner rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or with a pet on or in the property will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
