The kids won’t get bored, with Air Hockey and darts in the Games Room, and a large garden to play in. Neither will the adults: relax in the mini hot tub, settle down in the cosy living room, or cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen. We professionally clean the property, and provide toiletries, towels and hotel-quality bedding: all you need to worry about is winning the darts tournament!
This is a large family house, full of natural light, in a desirable and peaceful area of Southend. You’ll check-in and check-out using a lockbox, so there’s no need to hang around to meet anyone.
Once inside, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor - which opens up into the sunny garden. We provide spices, tea and coffee in the kitchen, as well as all the utensils you’d expect to find in a family home.
Upstairs, there’s two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds and a fold-down sofa bed: perfect for the kids. The bathroom is large and modern. Enjoy!

The property is located in the Westcliff area of Southend, situated on a residential road and set back from the street. Westcliff is certainly the place to be if you’re on your holidays. The area is very popular with families, and as a result has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
There are fantastic beaches, theatres, some great independent shopping and plenty of choice when it comes to places to eat and drink. Throughout the year you’ll find stand-up comedy, music gigs and plays.
Shopping includes household favourites such as Boots, Greggs and Tesco but also has a whole range of independent greengrocers, vintage shops, cafes, florists, bakers, jewellers and a wool shop.
Westcliff railway station is a few minute walk, and has services to London that take only 45 Minutes.
