Enjoy a lovely holiday close to the sea with 300 meters to the beach in Sejerøbugten and 950 meters to the beach towards Kattegat. A perfect place if you want beach life and walks in beautiful nature.

On the covered terrace there are bench sets, equipment for a trip to the beach and garden games for free use.

The activity room behind the house is suitable for indoor holiday home fun with table football, darts, bluetooth music system, dice, board games, books and drawing tools.
For the youngest, there is a play tent with various toys such as Schleich animals, duplo, dolls, cars, chalk and children's kitchen equipment.

There are hooks and hangers in the entrance hall, as well as empty chests of drawers and bedrollers in both the bedroom and in the annex for storage. In the kitchen there is also an empty cupboard for free use.
Beach and water:
The holiday home is located 300 meters from the sea at Sejerøbugten, and 950 meters to the Kattegat. The nearest beach, Sejerøbugten, is often a pebble beach, but just 80-100 meters to both sides there is usually sand and jetties.
It is a 12-minute walk to Kattegat on the other side, where the beach can also change depending on the weather and wind. But as the public beach sign shows, it is a really nice and not least approved bathing place - and you can always find areas of fine sand on the beach and in the water. Both beaches also invite for walks along the beach.
If you are into 5-star beaches, then there is Gudmindrup beach (17 min drive), which was voted Denmark's best beach a few years ago, and is still a fantastic swimming beach for the whole family with lifeguards, an ice cream stand, etc.
Handicap friendly:
The holiday home is basically handicap-friendly, except that wheelchairs, walkers and so cannot be used due to the steps between the entrance hall and the kitchen and the entrance hall and the back door.
The surrounding area:
Odsherred is Denmark's largest holiday home area and has many tourists and there is a reason for that:
The surrounding area has beautiful nature for swimming/hiking trips, fishing etc. just to go exploring all the way to Gniben, which is the outermost point on Sjællands Odde. The area is also suitable for cycling or jogging in beautiful surroundings.
About 10 minutes on foot from the holiday home, you can reach a cozy ice cream parlor and grill bar on Gnibenvej. Locally, there is also a new organic bakery and wineries as well as organic farm shops.
3 kilometers from the holiday home is Havnebyen, where there are good shopping opportunities, a cozy harbor area with freshly caught and freshly smoked fish, restaurants and an ice cream and grill café. It is worth a visit!
3 km is also the distance to the nearest bike rental at Kastanielys - a large shop where the children can also make their own candles.
Nykøbing Sjælland can also be visited, which is a cozy town with good restaurants and shops (15 min. drive).
