Escape to the lake! ‘The Lake House’ is a family-friendly lakefront home on Lake Sinclair. Located on a quiet cove with perfect swimming conditions, this home boasts an open floor plan with lots of natural light and views of the lake.
THE SPACE
This is lakefront living at its finest. This home is set back from the street on a large private lot with few neighbors. Situated on a quiet swimming cove with a max dock to tie up your boat or jet skis.
The Lake House comfortably sleeps 10 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and an upstairs loft with 6 additional beds a 3rd full bathroom.

Upstairs Bunk Room: 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, 2 twin trundle beds, 1 pack n play
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, closet and dresser. The second bedroom has a work space, and the upstairs bunk room has a kid’s corner with a play kitchen, toys, and books.
The primary bathroom includes a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as a makeup vanity area. The downstairs bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the upstairs bathroom has a shower stall. All bathrooms have complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion).
The open floor plan main living space is also stocked with games, books and magazines along with another smart TV.
The dining room comfortably seats 8 and the screened in porch has a second dining space to accommodate 6 more.
The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, including an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. There is enough dining space and supplies for the entire group.
The house also includes a laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry detergent.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Our screened porch has comfortable seating and a dining set, right off the living room is our deck with couches and loungers. Then down the steps into the yard we have a wood burning fire pit for s’more making and an additional sun deck at the dock. Right outside the dining room sits a Blackstone grill.
The large fenced in yard is perfect for kids to play and toss a ball.
The house also offers 2 adult kayaks and 2 youth kayaks for guests use. There are a selection of life preservers in the deck box on the dock, ranging in sizes from Toddler to Adult.
Lake Sinclair is known for being one of Georgia’s cleanest lakes, so rest easy while your family swims and plays in clean, unpolluted water.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen basics plus coffee makers (Keurig, pour over and french press), coffee grinder, blender, crock pot, waffle iron, toaster and popcorn maker. Kids cups, plates, and utensils are stocked.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
We’ve taken steps to make The Lake House perfect for families. In addition to the kid's corner in the bunk room, there is a pack n play and high chair for use by families with small children. Precautions have been taken to make the home child safe with all large furniture secured to the walls, outlet covers, night lights and a baby gate for the top of the stairs. There are small step stools in the two guest bathrooms and kitchen to help the littles reach to wash their hands.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire home. The following is locked by owners: basement and owners closet.
