Summary: We just spent a week with friends at this amazing home on Peninsula Papagayo. The home is open and spacious. The large front doors open to the living area and the entire backside of the house are glass doors that open to the tropical breezes and the ocean. Numerous seating areas inside and outside give everyone plenty of space to either retreat with a book for gather for cocktails while seeing the sunset. The views are specular and you can hear the ocean waves breaking on the beach below. All the bedrooms have individually controlled a/c that operates quickly and quietly. Each bedroom has huge closets and its own bathroom supplied with luxury amenities. The Casa is tastefully and comfortably furnished to reflect the beauty of Costa Rica with art and crafts from local artists. Yahida was the sweet housekeeper that was there to tidy up the bedrooms on a daily basis and help us practice our Spanish. She was very helpful and was appreciative of the gratuity we gave her before we left. The owners, Elaine and Bart, gave us all the information we needed in order to access the Four Season’s Resort Community. We took full advantage of the golf cart provided to visit restaurants and beaches and we even used the Paddle boards in the bay!! That was cool! We had massages at the beach club and enjoyed using the fitness center. Played golf on this amazing course with views to die for, walked the 2000+ steps that hug the cliff side, and then when the stars came out we just reclined in the pool chairs looking up at the heavens. This house is at the top of my list for luxury vacation rentals!
