If your group is looking for spacious, comfortable accommodations, my property is perfect for large groups, families, and friends. It is designed for entertaining with a theater in the basement, and gaming, located near the Mall at Fairfield Commons, Wright State, minutes from Wright Patt Air-Force Space.
I have an open concept 1st floor with sofas, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, fenced-in private bk yard, and much more. Perhaps our location is the best part as we're close to everything!
Large 3 level property with a private back yard, 3 car garage, safe family-friendly private community. 1 bedroom and bath on the main level, upstairs you will find a master bedroom w 2 king beds and a large attached bath. 3 Guests' rooms all w King Beds, large shared bath between those 3 guest rooms.
The basement has a gaming lounge area w a theater room.
The basement includes two bedrooms w King beds, the utility room includes an extra full and twin beds for large groups, large full bath.
Access to the entire property, fenced-in private backyard.

This is a family-friendly community, this is not a party house. We welcome families and special occasions, however, we do not tolerate nor host heavy drinking parties w heavy traffic, we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
No smoking
Feel free to smoke outside the building, but not indoors. Leaving behind a smoky property costs $500
Visitors
Reservation should accurately reflect the number of guests spending the night. If you need to adjust this number, please do so prior to check in date, or let us know and we will happily do it for you. Breaking this rule costs $150 fine per unauthorized guest spending the night (per night).
Person whom booked the reservation should be present.
Pets
We would love for you to bring your furry friend. There is one time $150 pet fee (per pet, per stay)

Outside quiet hours are 11PM - 7AM. No heavy late night traffic (defined as more than 3 vehicles arriving/leaving the property during quiet hours). Please only park in parking spaces outlined in the house manual. Do not park in front of neighbors house. Breaking this rule cost $350
Late check-outs
We want to allow our cleaners enough time to get the job done. Staying past your 11AM check out time without approval could result in a $100 per hour fee (max of two hours). After 1PM guests will be charged for the following night’s stay. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate.
No Unauthorized Parties
Zero tolerance for LOUD, Heavy Drinking Parties that could cause a disruption. Breaking this rule will result in $800 fee
