This 50's style ranch home offers 1,800 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and a comfortable living space.
The main bedroom features a king sized bed, large closet, a split a/c and black out blinds for a good nights sleep.
The 2nd bedroom features a double and single bed, 1/2 bathroom, a split a/c, closet, black out blinds, and plenty of books for your little ones to enjoy.
The 3rd bedroom features a queen sized bed, attached bathroom with shower/toilet and chest of drawers.
Enjoy cooking in our open plan kitchen with a large 6 seater dining table that overlooks the back yard and Boulder foothills. All cooking utensils are provided. Electric kettle and coffee maker provided.
Guests can enjoy a morning coffee on the front deck and watch the bikers go by, or enjoy a more private setting in our covered back patio area with a terraced back yard and plenty of room to relax or have a bounce on the trampoline!
