With all the essentials in this home, you're set up for success with the appliances you might need including a washer and dryer, private access to the entire home, a two car parking garage and best of all - top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses with white hotel-grade linens in all rooms including the bunk beds, to ensure that each and every member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep.
Inside of the home on the main level is a large living room space with a comfortable sectional to pile in for a movie night or give the kids room to play. There's an entertainment room with a full sized TV and a card table for dealing out a lucky hand of cards and a kitchen with generous counter space that is stocked with all needed appliances and essentials.
In the upstairs of the house are 3 of the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom and master bathroom and you'll find 2 additional private bedrooms in the upper level, with queen sized beds and a queen over queen bunk bed room. Heading to the basement level you'll come upon one additional queen sized bedroom.
With a highly entertaining and fully enclosed backyard, you're sure to enjoy all that this home has to offer outdoors with beautifully full grown trees and a children's backyard play set and patio furniture for enjoying the lovely Utah afternoons. There is a fire pit in the yard for evening s'mores roasting or story telling around a glowing fire. The trees in the yard make for a perfect place to lay a hammock swing for when you want enjoy a good book.

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
