Our home sleeps 6 comfortably and offers a tastefully laid out split-level floor plan with room to move. A heated sunroom with bar is a great place to take in the morning sun, enjoy a cup of coffee or an adult beverage. There is ample parking and an attached one-car garage for unloading a packed car a snap! There is a family room with a smart-tv and ½ bath on the garage level. Just up four short steps and you enter an open-concept kitchen and living room space. This huge chef’s kitchen has a 36” gas cooktop, built-in oven, and microwave. An air fryer, Instapot, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and toaster are provided, along with dishes, pots pans and cutlery. The large, oversized island is perfect for prep and extra seating. It opens onto a wonderful, covered outdoor space with a propane fire-pit to enjoy the mountain view. Up seven more stairs are 3 bedrooms; the primary bedroom has large windows to enjoy the morning sunrise and attached bathroom with toilet, sink, and stone shower. Just down the hall are 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a toilet, sink and soaking bathtub. Outside enjoy a sauna located just steps from the main house and then step up the deck to enjoy the hot tub surrounded by trees! Enjoy family time around the outdoor wood-burning fire pit or host a pig roast with the built-in, underground roaster. We look forward to having you as our guests!
