Each day can be spent in the salty air, as a heated in-ground pool, private beach access via a staircase from the backyard, and multiple water view patios await to let you choose how to use your time away. The private beach has been completely hardscaped, and the former concrete patio has been replaced with a custom stone deck and new landscaping. If you feel like watching the waves roll in with a favorite drink in hand, the wraparound mahogany decks will provide the perfect space to get your fill of serenity. Rinse off sandy toes in the heated outdoor shower, or spoil yourself in one of the two jetted tubs in the two full bathrooms. And, you can treat everyone to a tasty home-cooked meal prepared in the full kitchen, as you will have all of the appliances and cookware needed for your favorite recipes.
When venturing out a bit, some local favorite activities are hopping on the ferry to town or checking out the Vineyard or Nantucket. Plus, this getaway is two miles from the bridge to Cape Cod, and the best bike paths are within minutes along the water! There's a seven-mile path along the water with nice views and stops along the way. This area is also a kayaker's dream, with Ellisville Harbor State Park nearby and a launch point in front of the house! Bicyclists will have trouble deciding which bike path to choose- Cape Cod Canal offers two waterside paths seven miles long with museums, snack shops, and other points of interest along the way.
