You'll love the home's beautiful floors and the open concept shared between the entertainment, dining, and kitchen areas. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV will make for some fun movie nights with friends. Rise to the aromas of freshly-brewed coffee then take your first cup out to the enclosed patio to savor it while the world wakes up around you. You'll find plenty of bench seating and a private gas grill for those fun summer barbecues. The full kitchen includes a lovely center prep island, stainless steel appliances, and lots of cabinet storage to help the group chef prepare sumptuous meals for everyone to enjoy at the handsome dining table with seating for six. The kids will love taking their afternoon snacks from atop the eight breakfast bar stools, and the wine fridge will keep your evening wines at just the right temperature.
Down the hall, you'll find the private laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as the main-level bedroom featuring a mounted flatscreen TV and an en-suite bath. Head upstairs to find the next three bedrooms, each with its own flatscreen TV and one with an en-suite bath. The upper level also includes a second entertainment area with a mounted flatscreen TV.
