Summary: Our 8-day stay was wonderful; the apartment is exactly as described, and even better, super clean and convenient, it has everything for your stay. The farm is large, full of animals that you can pet and feed, my 3 children enjoyed this, as well as collecting eggs in the mornings, enjoying the fresh mountain air, playing in the playground, petting and feeding the goats, and I enjoyed my freshly brewed coffee every morning while taking in the cool, sunny mountain sunrise. There are many things to do nearby; almost everything is within an hour's drive. We visited vineyards, the Appalachian Mountains where we skied, and we visited Blowing Rock, Boone and Banner Elk where my children could enjoy the snow. Kimberly is a great hostess, always attentive to your needs, offering advice on places to visit and being attentive to any need you may have.
