Southern hospitality at its best! This unique place has a style all its own. One of four beautifully decorated condos in historic, downtown Abbeville. Abbeville is an area of Louisiana known for delicious Cajun food, culture, and history. This unit pays armage to the farmhouse style with the traditional whitewashed furniture with accents throughout of bold contemporary colors.
The kitchen is wide open to a living room separated by an island which comfortably seats two. The dining room table seats four.
The two bedrooms are a nice size. All rooms have ceiling fans and televisions, and usb connections.
One bedroom has a king size bed, usb lamps, and under bed drawers. In addition, it has an designated office alcove with a usb desk light, books, high speed internet and some offices supplies.
The last bedroom is large and has two full sized beds with plenty of open space. It has a large closet with hangers, ironing board and iron. And it stores additional pillows.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to cook that special meal, including spices, pots and pans, and small kitchen appliances. It also has a hands-free automatic garbage can.
The bathroom has towels, cleaning supplies and soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, and hair dryer.
This place has all you might need. Just bring your tooth brush and clothes. We provide everything else.
There are 4 units in the Quadruplex. Each guest has access to the entire unit they booked. In this particular unit, one kitchen closet, which is locked is for the cleaning crew only. There is an exterior building which houses the washer/dryer. All guests, in the Quadruplex,have access to that building via the code they have been given. The code is the same as the code to their unit.
I will be available to offer assistance throughout your stay, as needed; however, you’ll have privacy and you can contact me via Airbnb text, or feel free to call should you need to.
Near everything! Downtown is in walking distance. So the courthouse, hospital, local stores/businesses, the park, and restaurants are at your fingertips. If you love seafood, Shucks and The Riverfront Restaurants
are around the corner.

You can walk to the majority of events and restaurants downtown. Lyft and Uber are available. You can rent a car to spread out further. There is Plenty of free and paid parking for your vehicle should you decide to drive. But, you’re likely to park you car in our free parking lot, and walk to the various locations.

2. All remotes (tv/fan)can be found in a wall cradle next to light switch in each room.
3. Thermostat should be set to 75 degrees in the warm weather and 68 degrees in cold weather.
4. Decorative pillows are not to sleep with. They should be put away in the bedroom closet shelf.
5. Sleeping pillows are on the bed, and extra sleeping pillows are available in the bedroom closets.
6. Coined Washer/Dryer is located in back building. It’s been made available for your use with the same code as your door. Coins can be found in a small jar, on kitchen countertop. (For Laundry use only). Please leave for next guest, if you do not need it.
7. Dishwashing pods, and detergent pods are on the countertop above the dishwasher
8. Towels can be found in the kitchen closet, and in the bathroom vanity drawer.
9. All guests/visitors must use back entrance. Front entrance staircase is being remodeled.
10. Please handle all spills immediately as to not damage the floors. Cleaning supplies can be found in the bathroom, under kitchen sink, and in kitchen closet. Cleaning equipment can also be found in the kitchen closet.
11. If the Barbecue grill is used, it should be cleaned after every use.
