Summary: The hotel is a little difficult to find (Not clear in Google maps). The rooms are / is neat & tidy, big enough for a solo traveler. Nice location: close to shops, transportation & restaurants & everything else you may need. Out side is busy all day, but you can’t hear the noise in the hotel which is a bonus. What added to my experience & the reason I gave my score: was my encounter with the young fellow named “Daniel” at reception. He was helpful, approachable, kindly spoken & well informed about his service. He (Daniel) always greeted & farewell with the smile & always asked how was your day upon returning back to the hotel after being out all day. I’ve worked in customer service, hospitality & Aviation for more than 35 years & one thing that always gets my attention whenever I travel abroad is excellent customer service.
