Das Dorf Kniebis liegt an der Schwarzwaldhochstraße und nach Freudenstadt sind es von unserer Unterkunft aus ca. 10 km. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung in der Nähe zum Nationalpark (ca. 4 km), zu Premiumwanderwegen, Langlaufloipen und einer Rodelbahn (direkt vor der Haustür). Zur Skistation sind es ca. 1 km, zum Waldschwimmbad ca. 500 m. Gastronomie und Wanderhütte sind im Ort. KFZ kann direkt am Haus abgestellt werden. Bei Bedarf kann auch eine Garage angemietet werden. Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung. Mummelsee, Baden-Baden, Schwarzwaldhochstraße, Vogtsbauernhöfe Europapark, ca 80 km. Freudenstadt größter Marktplatz Deutschlands mit Wasserspielen, Panoramabad mit Wellnesbereich. Bei Buchungen für 1-2 Personen steht nicht der gesamte Wohnraum zur Verfügung.
Der Grundriss beträgt ca 60 qm bei Belegung mit 2 Personen. Die Räumlichkeiten bestehen aus Küche mit Essecke, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne und seperater Dusche, WC zusätzlich Balkon. Im Wohnzimmer ist zusätzlich ein Kaminofen vorhanden. Der Balkon liegt auf der Westseite mit Ausblick auf das Dorf Kniebis und den Wald. Die Wohnung ist mit einer hochwertigen, Küche ausgestattet. Sämliche Geräte wie Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Bei Belegung mit mehr als 2 Personen können 2 weitere Zimmer sowie seperate Dusche mit WC zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Eigene Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie Balkon zur Ostseite sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Internetanschluss mit TV und, Radio sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Belegung bis 2 - 5 Personen.
