Spacious holiday flat in a spacious gated complex with 30 detached and semi-detached houses and a small apartment building in the quiet village of Łukęcin between Misdroy and Kolberg, 370 m from the beach.
The holiday flat extends over the entire upper floor, is 55 sqm in size and is suitable for 2-6 (ideally 4) people. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed, one with a single bed with a pull-out bed), a spacious living room with a corner sofa with sleeping function for 2 people and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven with grill function, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with thermos flask, toaster) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can enjoy underfloor heating throughout the entire space. There is plenty of storage space in the spacious built-in wardrobe in the large bedroom. You have free wireless internet access (WLAN). Several dozen German TV channels via satellite. At your disposal: 4 bicycles, 40-inch LED smart TV, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack, hoover. The flat was renovated in 2025.
The flat has both a balcony and a private garden (for the exclusive use of our guests) with an area of 55 square metres with terrace and barbecue. Garden furniture (tables, chairs, armchairs, loungers) is available both on the balcony and in the garden. You have your own car parking space in front of the entrance/garden. You can park another car safely and free of charge on our enclosed grounds at the gatehouse.
With us you can enjoy all directions as well as shade and sunshine. In the mornings you can enjoy the sun on the balcony or the shade on the pavement terrace in the garden. In the afternoon, you can relax in the shade on the balcony or soak up the sun on the terrace in the garden.
A cycle and footpath runs through Łukęcin. Heading east, you can reach the church ruins in Trzęsacz (Hoff) in 9 km and the harbour in Dziwnów in 9 km. In the neighbouring towns of Pobierowo and Dziwnówek you will find restaurants open all year round. There are numerous restaurants and cafés in our village, which are open from May to September. One restaurant owner is also happy to open her restaurant in winter on request/call. There is a supermarket in the village (Mon.-Sat. 6-22 hrs). There is NO building site in the neighbourhood.
