Summary: We’re disappointed that the hotel did not provide airport transportation after 2 PM, despite it being listed as an available service. This was not mentioned in the reservation, and even after we contacted the hotel the night before to arrange it, no one informed us of the limitation. It wasn’t until check-in that we were told the van was in the shop. It would have been helpful to receive that information when we initially reached out, as we were trying to make arrangements in advance. As a result, we had to pay for a cab unexpectedly. Had we been advised earlier, we could have planned differently. We specifically chose this hotel because transportation was advertised, so the lack of communication significantly affected the value of our stay. We're also disappointed that we weren’t reimbursed or even offered a credit for the out-of-pocket expense.
