BEACH FRONT CONDOMINIUM - Welcome to 1513 Beach Avenue Unit #2 at Columns by the Sea. This first-floor unit has beautiful high ceilings and original woodwork throughout. Featuring two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to four people to enjoy. As you walk up the building take in the beach front views between Baltimore and Brooklyn beaches. You can access the unit through the main door of the building into the unit. The large living room features plenty of room to sit, television, speakers and large windows. Please bring your own TV streaming devices. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and floor to ceiling cabinets, breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table set for four. Also enjoy bench seating in front of the windows. Towards the back of the unit there is a half bathroom, laundry area and a full hallway bathroom with shower and tub combination with jacuzzi. There are two guest suites with two queen size beds. This home does include four beach chairs. There are two undesignated spots and unmetered parking all around the building. Enjoy access to the front porch and roof top deck, there is also a common sitting area on the second floor. THERE ARE PILLOWS AND LIGHT BLANKETS ON BEDS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN FOR ADDITIONAL COMFORT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS FOR YOUR STAY. This unit is a first floor unit in the building with two first floor bedrooms, when planning your stay there are 12 steps to get into the main entrance of the building. 1513 Beach Avenue Unit #2 is steps to the beach and approximately 1.5 mile walk or bike ride into the center of Cape May and Washington Street Mall. For June, July, August and September check in is at 4pm, checkout is 10am. This property is rented through Coastline Realty LLC extra fees include $65 Processing Fee, $400 Security Deposit, $165 Cleaning Fee and an optional vacation insurance "Vacation Standard Protector" Tenant Cancellation Policy.
