Peaceful oasis of calm (in reason of its location) and, at same time, close to the shops, restaurants, city centre. Garden. Space to park.

* About the TARIFF & OCCUPATION: The flat is suitable for two people, and it's thought of them for the tariff settled. Beyond, for more people (adults/children -no more than 4 in total-), it's settled a fixed supplement of 6€/night.
* The Reservation is firm as soon as it's transferred (or sent the cheque) 30% of the sum of rent. The remainder, the day of arrival.
Asked deposit: 250€ at the beginning of the occupation, which is handed back at the end of stay, if there are not defects.
* In the delivery of keys, it's signed a CONTRACT in which is accredited the state of the flat, its equipment and conditions, as the terms accepted of duration and price of the accommodation.
