THE APARTMENT
The spacious and nice living / dining area with a comfortable sofa, a 50 inch TV (with NETFLIX) and free wifi, it's the perfect place to plan your stay in Barcelona.
The huge sofa converts into a double bed for the 7th and 8th guests.
There is a huge dining table and chairs for 8 people capacity.
The master bedroom comes with a double queen bed, and large wardrobe space, and a private bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms each have twin beds and wardrobe space for your belongings.
All of the bedrooms have lots of natural light. And blinds, to sleep in complete darkness.
The two full bathrooms come complete with bath / shower, washbasin and toilet. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your stay. And all kind of details such as shampoo, gel ...
The kitchen has everything you might need for your stay including coffe maker, “NESPRESSO” coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, microwave, oven, etc.
Tea and coffee are also at your disposal !!!

A tourist tax of € 0.90 per person / per night, up to maximum of 7 nights (children under 17 years old are exempt) have to be paid on your arrival. Payment will be made only in cash on arrival at the apartment and it’s additional to the price of the reservation.
THE DISTRICT
Short walk (around 10 minutes) to one of the most modern malls in Barcelona “DIAGONAL MAR” and one of the best beaches just passed this mall.
Easy access to city center via tram and Metro.
The tram station is only 1 minute walking distance. And you can buy the tram tickets there, with coins or credit card.
The tram stops at Diagonal Mar shopping mall, Las Glorias shopping mall, Ciutadella Park, few minutes walking distance from the Olimpic Port, with a beautiful beach and many many restaurants.
The nearest Metro station is less than 10 minutes walking distance, Metro Besos Mar. L4

DIRECTIONS
We are just minutes from the beach and the Port Forum with restaurants by the sea. Close to convention centers and the Diagonal Mar shopping center. A few meters away we find the tram stop to go to Port Olimpic or connect with bus or subway to go to the city center. A few minutes away is the Forum metro stop that goes directly to Barrio Gótico and Paseo de Gracia.

Please note that parties are not allowed, neither music nor noise after 10pm. Smoking is not allowed throughout the apartment.
