Positive: location lovely town comfortable beds enclosed garden

Negative: Home had not been cleaned (beds changed / rubbish etc) three hours before usable. The apology was a pack of biscuits and a zero % wine! for lack of cleaning - no follow up checks as to cleaning. little things taps in bathroom loose / light bulbs not working bathroom and top bedroom /no inner bin in bathroom Unable to use main oven due to lack of cleanliness / no extractor Many steep steps both garden and house bath not usable as a shower (MOBILITY AN ISSUE)
