TRASH Pickup is Monday early morning. Please have Trash (All GREEN CAN) out at street Sunday evening.
RECYCLE Pickup is Thursday early morning. Please have RECYCLE (GREEN AND BLUE CAN) out at the street Wednesday night.
Pails must be taken in same day after pickup.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 85 degrees at checkout (summer bookings) Heat to be set to 50 at checkout (winter bookings).
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout. Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use and prior to departure.
