Relax with the whole family or a few friends at this peaceful cottage in a quiet neighborhood area. Sleeps 5, Outside firepit area, patio with gazebo and grill. Short walk to the dock to jump in the lake or watch the sunsets. 1 minute drive into the village of sylvan beach. Charming and quiet walk around town with a casino, restaurants and seasonal amusement park. Great fishing on the canal. Easy hiking at Verona beach state park area.

Parking to the right of house or front of porch or to the right of the house on the grass only please, as the back apartment may have tenants. Main entry door is between front and back apartments and located on the left side of house, first door. This is a 2 Unit house! The koozy kottage has a front unit and a back unit and can be booked as 1 whole house if interested and available!
Guest access
You will have the entire front of the home with front deck to yourself. If staying in the back, you will have access to the back, same for the front, and if you've rented the whole house, the whole house will be accessible!
Other things to note
there are stairs to enter the entire home so we cant accommodate any handicapped wheelchaired or persons whom cant walk up three steps.
