Summary: The condition of the property and its cleanliness were top-notch. The presence of a security guard in the lobby at night was reassuring. The only negative was the lack of communication. We were provided 2 phone numbers to text/call with any issues, but attempts to reach anyone at the numbers were basically ignored (all we got were automated responses and one seemingly human response that said, "We'll have our local team look into it", but we never heard anymore.) One such issue was no Wi-Fi upon our arrival, which meant we had limited use of our phones and no Roku for the first couple of hours. We fortunately figured it out ourselves - someone had performed a factory reset on the router, resetting its SSID and password to the factory default that were posted on the router. Otherwise it would have been a major inconvenience to have no connectivity.
