The Space:
Our one bedroom apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Charlotte! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are available in the apartment for your convenience.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox code to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Getting Around:
Public transit is easy given the popular location. Uber is very active here and major bus routes pass the building. Charlotte B-cycle bike rental is just down the street.
