The space
INDOOR LIVING
Recently remodeled and updated while preserving the 1950’s charm. Mixing the old and the new, this space is equipped with smart devices throughout. Easy to play your music through the speakers, change the temperature with your words, and stream your own movies from your phone to the tv. Each room is equipped with a nightlight/white noise maker. Original door knobs, bathtub, and (refinished) hardwood floors. Expect some squeaks!
KITCHEN
Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, dishware/flatware, pots and pans, bake ware, knife set, coffee maker, Vitamix blender, waffle maker, limited complimentary coffee, tea, sweetener, and creamer.
GAME ROOM
Smart TV, Xbox 360, air hockey/ping pong table, darts (real darts, ask host for location of darts-user assumes all liability), board games
OUTDOOR SPACE
Well loved barefoot garden of yard. Fenced-in backyard equipped with a swingset for the kids and raised beds for the cooking enthusiast. Raised beds are seasonally planted with tomatoes, peppers and herbs for the using. Please only take what you plan to use in your meal and leave the rest for the next guests.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for $50 per stay. Limit of 2 dogs. PLEASE let us know you will be bringing a dog at the time of booking. Dogs MUST stay off furniture and bedding and never be left alone in the house (unless in a kennel or crate). Guests will be responsible for any and all damage incurred by dogs. Excessive dirt or hair may incur an extra cleaning charge.
CLEANING
We take great pride in our house and keeping it clean for each and every guest. Our home is cleaned thoroughly after each guest departs. Towels & ALL bed linens, including quilt toppers are washed between each stay. We are serious about keeping our guests safe, healthy and happy!

GUEST ACCESS
You will be given a house code for the Smart Lock. We do have a ring doorbell camera to monitor the doors and guests checking in and out. Guests have access to all areas of the house with the exception of the locked storage areas.
